加速康复外科护理结合多元化自我管理教育在行冠脉搭桥术治疗的冠心病患者中的应用效果观察

摘要
目的 探讨加速康复外科护理结合多元化自我管理教育在行冠脉搭桥术治疗的冠心病患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 6 月—2023 年 4 月本院收治的 120 例行冠脉搭桥术的冠心病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组 60 例.对照组实施加速康复外科护理联合常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上联合多元化自我管理教育.对比两组的疾病知识掌握情况、自我管理行为、生活质量.结果 干预前,两组疾病知识掌握情况、自我管理行为、生活质量对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);干预后,两组疾病知识掌握度评分、饮食管理、运动管理、情绪管理、不良习惯控制和遵医行为评分及生活质量评分均较干预前提高,且观察组高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 加速康复外科护理结合多元化自我管理教育在行冠脉搭桥术治疗的冠心病患者中的应用效果良好,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of accelerating rehabilitation surgical nursing combined with diversified self-management education in coronary heart disease patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting surgery.Methods Selecting 120 coronary heart disease patients who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to April 2023 as the research subjects,the patien were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing combined with routine health education,while the observation group received diversified self-management education on the basis of the control group.Compare the mastery of disease knowledge,self-management behavior,and quality of life between two groups.Results Before the intervention,comparison of disease knowledge mastery,self-management behavior,and quality of life between two groups,there were no statistically significant differences between groups(P＞0.05);after intervention,the scores of disease knowledge mastery,dietary management,exercise management,emotional management,bad habit control,compliance behavior,and quality of life in both groups improved compared to before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing combined with diversified self-management education in coronary heart disease patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting has shown good results,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
