The Effect of Childlike Care on Anxiety and Compliance Behavior in School-Age Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia
Objective To explore the effect of childlike care on anxiety and compliance behavior in school-age children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods 92 children with MPP admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and a study group with 46 cases in each group using random number table method. The control group was treated with routine nursing measures, and the study group was treated with childlike care based on the control group. The compliance behavior, the score of the Chinese version of the Multidimensional Anxiety Scale for Children(MASC-C)and the score of the Newcastle Nursing Service Satisfaction Scale(NSNS)were compared between the two groups. Results The total compliance rate of the study group was 97.83%,higher than 82.61%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no significant differences in MASC-C and NSNS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention, the MASC-C score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the NSNS score was higher than that of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Childlike care can effectively alleviate the anxiety of school-age MPP children, enhance their compliance behavior, and improve the satisfaction of parents with nursing services, which has clinical application value.
