The Impact of Leading Health Education Path Combined with Dietary Management on the Psychological Status and Rehabilitation of Postoperative Patients with Gallstones
Objective To analyze the effect of leading health education pathway combined with diet management on patients after gallstone surgery.Methods From November 2021 to March 2023,80 patients who underwent gallstone surgery in Lanling People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.All of the patients were divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given leading health education path combined with diet management.The psychological state,rehabilitation and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the recovery time of bowel sounds,the first exhaust time and the first ambulation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.50%,lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The leading health education pathway combined with diet management can promote the improvement of psychological state,promote physical recovery,regulate gastrointestinal function,and reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients with gallstone after operation.
