The Impact of Interactive Health Education Combined with Personalized Dietary Care on Symptom Disappearance and Compliance Behavior in Patients with Chronic Gastric Ulcers
Objective To explore the effect of interactive health education combined with individualized diet nursing on the disappearance of symptoms and compliance behavior of patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic gastric ulcer admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given interactive health education combined with individualized diet nursing.The patients were followed up for 1 month.The disappearance time of symptoms,mastery of chronic gastric ulcer related knowledge,compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of abdominal pain,acid regurgitation and stomach burning in the observation group were(4.75±0.78)d,(5.25±1.20)d and(3.55±0.84)d,respectively,which were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the mastery degree of chronic gastric ulcer related knowledge in the observation group was(85.31±7.54)points,which was higher than(74.09±10.22)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was 92.86%,and the total satisfaction was 95.24%,which were higher than 76.19%and 80.95%of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive health education combined with individualized diet nursing can improve patients'disease awareness and compliance behavior,accelerate the disappearance of chronic gastric ulcer symptoms,and improve patients'satisfaction.
