The Effect of Team Cooperation and Comfortable Nursing Combined with Humanistic Care Intervention on the Pain Level and Negative Emotions of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery for Ectopic Pregnancy
Objective To explore the effect of team cooperation and comfortable nursing combined with humanistic care intervention on the pain level and negative emotions of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy.Methods 76 patients with laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from June 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received humanistic care intervention,and the observation group cooperated with the comfort nursing intervention based on the control group.The postoperative recovery,bad mood,pain degree and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in adverse mood,pain degree and quality of life between the two groups(P＜0.05).After the intervention,postoperative exhaust,extubation,getting out of bed,eating and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05);the Scores of Anxiety Scale,Depression Scale and Visual Analogue pain in the observation group were(48.24±4.05)points,(49.34±3.96)points and(3.48±0.35)points,all lower than(56.89±4.13)points,(55.28±4.03)points and(4.84±0.49)points of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the scores of all dimensions in the comprehensive assessment questionnaire of quality of life were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with ectopic pregnancy laparoscopic surgery,teamwork comfort nursing combined with humanistic care intervention can shorten the post-operative rehabilitation process of patients,alleviate patients'pain,relieve negative emotions,and improve the quality of life.
