Effect of Early Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on the Recovery of Cognitive Function and Neurological Function in Patients with Craniocerebral Injury after Operation
Objective To explore the important effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on cognitive function and neurological function of patients with craniocerebral injury after operation. Methods 70 patients with craniocerebral injury who were treated in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing plans, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing, and the observation group received early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. The cognitive function, neurological function, limb motor function, quality of life and service quality were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of Mini-Mental State Examination,Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale was lower than that in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%,higher than 85.71%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After systematic and more targeted early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with craniocerebral injury, the recovery effects of cognitive function, neurological deficit, limb motor function, and quality of life are more ideal, and the nursing satisfaction is also greatly improved, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
