The Impact of Targeted Nursing Combined with Childlike Fun Nursing under the Guidance of Goal Management Theory on Compliance Behavior and Symptom Disappearance Time in Children with Bronchopneumonia
Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing combined with childlike fun nursing under the guidance of target management theory on the compliance behavior and the disappearance time of symptoms in children with bronchopneumonia. Methods 80 children with bronchopneumonitis admitted to Jinan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from March 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).The control group was given childlike fun nursing, and the observation group was given targeted nursing under the guidance of target management theory on the basis of the control group. The symptom disappearance time, lung function and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups. Results The cough, shortness of breath, wheezing, fever disappearance time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the forced expiratory volume in the first second, peak expiratory flow rate and vital capacity of the observation group were greater than those of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total compliance rate of the observation group was 92.50%,higher than 72.50%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In children with bronchopneumonia, targeted nursing under the guidance of objective management theory combined with child-oriented nursing has a remarkable effect, which can promote the improvement of lung function, enhance the treatment compliance of children, and shorten the time of symptom disappearance.
