Effects of Integrated Psychological Nursing Combined with Individualized Systematic Nutritional Intervention on Self-Efficacy and Nutritional Status of Esophageal Cancer Radiotherapy Patients
Objective To investigate the effect of integrated psychological nursing combined with individualized systematic nutrition intervention in esophageal cancer radiotherapy patients.Methods 70 esophageal cancer radiotherapy patients admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from April 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with integrated psychological nursing combined with individualized systematic nutrition intervention.Both groups received continuous care for 1 month.The self-efficacy,nutritional status and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results The General Self-efficacy Scale Score of the observation group after nursing was(29.93±3.60)points,higher than(26.29±3.46)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum albumin,prealbumin,hemoglobin and transferrin in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated psychological nursing combined with individualized systematic nutrition intervention has a good application effect in patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy,which is conducive to reducing negative emotions,enhancing self-efficacy and improving the nutritional status of the body.
