Effect of Early Rehabilitation Based on MDT Model on Negative Emotions and Quality of Life in Patients with Mechanical Ventilation in ICU
Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation based on multidisciplinary team(MDT)model on negative emotions and quality of life in patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU.Methods 60 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU admitted to Zhangjiagang Port City Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method. The control group(n=30)received conventional rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group(n=30)received early rehabilita-tion treatment based on MDT model. The negative emotional status, quality of life and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton De-pression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the MOS item short from health survey scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 1,3 and 6 months after being transferred out of ICU,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,lower than 26.67%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation therapy based on MDT model can alleviate negative emotions, improve the quality of life and reduce the risk of complications in patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
