A Study on the Short-Term and Long-Term Efficacy of Laparoscopic Assisted Radical Gastrectomy and Traditional Open Surgery for Stage Ⅱand Ⅲ Gastric Cancer
Objective Exploring the short-term and long-term efficacy of laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy(LAG)and traditional open surgery(TOS)in the treatment of stageⅡ andⅢ gastric cancer. Methods Selecting 90 patients with stageⅡandⅢgastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 as research objects.Divided into a control group and an observation group by envelope method, with 45 cases in each group,TOS operation was performed in the control group, and LAG operation was performed in the observation group.Compare the differences in short-term and long-term therapeutic effects between two groups. Results The operation time, exhaust time, and hospital stay of the observa-tion group were shorter than those of the control group, the blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the con-trol group the difference between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 1-year cumulative survival rate of the two groups was compared, there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05);the 2-year and 3-year cumu-lative survival rates of the observation group were 85.00%,72.50%,respectively,which were higher than 65.00%,47.50%of the control group, the difference between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation, serum tumor markers in both groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference between groups was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LAG has a significant effect on patients with stageⅡandⅢgastric cancer, can effectively improve short-term and long-term curative effects, improving serum tumor marker levels.
