Effect of Multidisciplinary Cooperation Continuous Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Task-Oriented Training on Limb Function and Activity of Daily Living in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia
Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary cooperation continuous rehabilitation nursing combined with task-oriented training on patients with cerebral infarction(CI)and hemiplegia. Methods The patients with CI hemiplegia admitted to this hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,78 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group. The observation group(n=39)carried out multidisciplinary cooperative continuous rehabilitation nursing combined with task-oriented training, while the control group(n=39)carried out routine nursing, both groups were followed up for 6 months. The scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Activity of Daily Living index(ADL)and Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the upper limb and lower limb function scores of FMA scale in the observation group were(39.45±4.05)points and(25.66±3.72)points,which were higher than(31.44±3.71)points and(19.25±3.49)points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the ADL and SS-QOL scores of the observation group were(78.74±7.33)points and(180.42±19.43)points,which were higher than(68.62±6.79)points and(166.65±18.77)points of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary cooperation and continuous rehabilitation nursing combined with task-oriented training can improve the limb function, daily living ability and quality of life of CI patients with hemiplegia.
