Application of Diversified Health Education Combined With Dynamic Support Training in Postoperative Rehabilitation Nursing of Hand Flexor Tendon Rupture Repair Surgery
Objective Exploring the effect of diversified health education combined with dynamic support training in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of hand flexor tendon rupture repair surgery.Methods 96 patients who underwent repair surgery for hand flexor tendon rupture admitted to the hospital from May 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an intervention group using a random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was received routine rehabilitation care,while the intervention group was received diversified health education and dynamic support training.The mastery of health knowledge,Total Active Movement(TAM),and hand function were compared in both groups.Results After intervention,The intervention group had higher scores in basic knowledge,treatment methods,diet and rest,and rehabilitation training than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The excellent rate of TAM in the intervention group was 91.67%,which was higher than 77.08%in the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,The intervention group had greater lateral pinch force,three-point pinch force,and grip strength than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of diversified health education and dynamic support training in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of hand flexor tendon rupture repair can deepen the mastery of health knowledge,improve hand mobility,and promote hand function recovery.
