The Impact of Functional Exercise Based on WeChat Video Guidance on Knee Joint Range of Motion and Functional Recovery in Postoperative Patients with Knee Ligament Injury
Objective To explore the application effect of functional exercise based on WeChat video guidance on postoperative patients with knee ligament injury. Methods 80 patients with knee ligament injury admitted to the Traumatic orthopedics Department of Lanling County People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation exercise, and the observation group received functional exercise based on wechat video guidance on the basis of the control group, and were followed up until 3 months after discharge.Knee function, knee motion, functional exercise compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of pain, joint function and stiffness in the observation group were(23.15±2.25)points,(25.24±2.65)points and(27.05±2.67)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group, the knee motion of the observation group was(98.43±4.16)°,higher than that of the control group, and the compliance scores of rehabilitation training, comprehensive treatment and lifestyle change were(4.04±0.24)points and(4.03±0.12)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group;the score of Generic Quality of Life Inventory in the observation group was(89.17±10.94)points,which was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional exercise based on WeChat video guidance can increase the compliance of postoperative patients with knee ligament injuries with functional exercise, thereby improving their knee joint function and range of motion, and improving their quality of life.
