Observation on the Effect of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the Postoperative Treatment of Inguinal Hernia Repair
Objective To explore the application effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction in the postoperative treatment of patients with inguinal hernia repair.Methods 82 patients with inguinal hernia repair admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tension-free hernia repair,and the observation group was treated with Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction after operation.The postoperative recovery,gastrointestinal function recovery,TCM syndrome score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The time of postoperative drainage tube removal,first ambulation and hospital stay were(28.96±2.35)h,(8.57±1.12)h and(5.12±1.04)d in the observation group,which were shorter than(31.47±3.29)h,(9.78±1.14)h and(7.25±1.13)d in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05),the time of bowel sound recovery,anal exhaust and first defecation in the observation group were(18.14±1.53)h,(20.36±2.41)h and(40.25±4.39)h,respectively,which were shorter than(24.32±2.49)h,(28.47±2.86)h and(51.63±5.28)h in the control group,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);observation group after treatment was huang-white,eat less poor appetite,fatigue,god fell discomfort ratings were(0.52±0.11)points,(0.58±0.13)points,(0.49±0.08)points,(0.63±0.12)points,respectively,the scores were lower than(0.68±0.13)points,(0.71±0.15)points,(0.61±0.12)points,(0.78±0.14)points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P＜0.05),the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the TCM syndrome score and reduce the incidence of complications in patients undergoing inguinal hernia repair.
