目的 探究冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合呼吸八段锦在肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果.方法 选择2022年1月—2023年6月武城县中医院收治的 152例肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各76例.对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组基于此采用冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合呼吸八段锦治疗,均于8周后评估.比较两组肺功能、动脉血气指标、呼吸运动功能.结果 治疗前,两组肺功能、动脉血气指标、呼吸运动功能比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)(2.65±0.46)L、用力肺活量(FVC)(3.26±0.43)L、FEV1/FVC(81.29±3.81)%均较对照组大,动脉血氧分压(75.93±4.11)mmHg(1 mmHg= 0.133 kPa)、血氧饱和度(94.56±2.38)%均较对照组高,动脉血二氧化碳分压(35.02±2.95)mmHg、改良版英国医学研究委员会呼吸困难量表评分(1.21±0.16)分均较对照组低,6 min步行距离(386.73±18.17)m较对照组长,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合呼吸八段锦可调节肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血气指标,改善肺功能及呼吸运动功能.
Observation on the Application Effect of Winter Disease and Summer Treatment Acupoint Application Combined with Respiratory Baduanjin in Rehabilitation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients with Lung Kidney Qi Deficiency Type
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with respiratory baduanjin on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients with lung and kidney qi deficiency.Methods 152 COPD patients with lung and kidney deficiency admitted to Wucheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 76 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application for treating winter disease in summer combined with respiratory baduanjin based on this treatment,all patients were evaluated after 8 weeks.The pulmonary function,arterial blood gas index and respiratory motor function were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in pulmonary function,arterial blood gas index and respiratory motor function between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)(2.65±0.46)L,forced vital capacity(FVC)(3.26±0.43)L,FEV1/FVC(81.29±3.81)％ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Arterial partial pressure of oxygen(75.93±4.11)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)and blood oxygen saturation(94.56±2.38)％ were higher than those in the control group,while arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(35.02±2.95)mmHg and modified British Medical Research Council dyspnea scale score(1.21±0.16)points were lower than those in the control group.The 6-minute walk distance(386.73±18.17)min the experimental group was longer than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application for treating winter disease in summer combined with respiratory baduanjin can regulate blood gas index,improve lung function and respiratory motor function in COPD patients with lung and kidney qi deficiency.
