Clinical Value Analysis of the Combined Application of Head Low-Frequency Electrical Stimulation Therapy and Game Therapy in the Rehabilitation Treatment of Children with Cerebral Palsy
Objective To explore the clinical value of head low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy combined with game therapy in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. Methods Selecting 80 children with cerebral palsy admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 as the research subjects, divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method. The children in both groups received conventional treatment,The control group(n=40)was given conventional treatment combined with play therapy, the observation group(n=40)combined with head low-frequency head electrical stimulation therapy on the basis of the control group.Comparison of neurological indicators, gross motor function, and cerebral blood flow perfusion between two groups of pediatric patients. Results After treatment, the Gross Motor Function Measure-88 gross motor function test score of the observation group was(220.69±21.45),which was higher than(180.57±20.15)points of the control group, neuron specific enolase and endothelin-1 were(7.69±2.02)μg/L,respectively,(41.04±10.27)pg/mL,lower than the control group's(10.68±3.05)μg/L,(58.45±15.26)pg/mL,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the peak systolic blood flow velocity of the observation group was(87.65±6.41)cm·s,the average blood flow velocity was(80.52±5.10)cm·s,which was faster than the control group's(95.64±7.03)cm·s,(95.37±6.51)cm·s,and the pulsatile index was(0.57±0.02),lower than(0.69±0.05)of the control groups respectively, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Head low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy combined with game therapy in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy is helpful to improve cerebral blood perfusion, improve gross motor function and adjust neurological indexes, which is worth popularizing.
