Observation on the Application Effect of Aerobic Exercise Combined with Nutritional Intervention in the Rehabilitation of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Senile Asthenia
Objective To explore the application effect of aerobic exercise combined with nutritional intervention in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with senile asthenia. Methods 80 COPD patients with senile asthenia admitted to Yongchuan Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from Janury to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40)using a random number table method. The control group received routine intervention, while the observation group received aerobic exercise combined with nutritional intervention on the basis of the control group,The intervention lasted for 3 months in both groups, and the effects of intervention were compared and analyzed. Results After the intervention, the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, the levels of serum albumin, serum prealbumin and the scores of short-form nutritional assessment were higher than those before the intervention, and the FEV1、FVC of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the levels of serum albumin, serum prealbumin and the scores of short-form nutritional assessment were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Fried Frailty Phenotype scores in both groups were lower than before intervention, the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerobic exercise combined with nutritional intervention can effectively restore lung function, improve frailty and nutritional status, and have certain clinical application value in COPD patients with senile asthenia.
