Effect of Suspension Exercise Rehabilitation Training on Trunk Control Ability and Balance Function in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia
Objective To explore the effects of suspension exercise rehabilitation training on balance function and trunk control ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 80 stroke hemiplegia patients admitted to Suzhou Industrial Park Xinghu Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a study group and a control group,40 cases in each group according to random number table method. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, and the study group received suspension exercise rehabilitation training on this basis. The trunk control, balance function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After training, the scores of trunk control test and Berg Balance Scale in the study group were(18.96±2.02)points and(47.96±7.48)points,respectively,which were higher than(15.44±2.06)points and(41.06±8.26)points in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training, the scores of all items in the MOS item short from health survey of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Suspension exercise rehabilitation training for stroke patients with hemiplegia can effectively improve their trunk control ability and balance function, and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
