The Impact of Standardized Rehabilitation Pathway Combined with Rapid Rehabilitation Concept Nursing on Hip Joint Function in Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fractures after Surgery
Objective To explore the impact of standardized rehabilita tion pathway combined with rapid rehabilitation concept nursing on hip joint function in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures after surgery. Methods 80 elderly patients with postoperative femoral neck fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received standardized rehabilitation pathways combined with rapid rehabilitation concept nursing. Both groups were evaluated for effectiveness three months later. The hip joint function, daily living ability, quality of life, and complications between two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, comparison of hip joint function, daily living ability, and quality of life between two groups, there were no statistically significant differences between tow groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the Harris hip joint function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group in all dimensions, and the modified Barthel Index and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale score were higher than those in the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group 5.00%was lower than 22.50%in the control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of standardized rehabilitation pathways and rapid rehabilitation concepts can effectively enhance hip joint function, reduce complications, and improve quality of life in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures after surgery.
