Application Effect of Continuity Nursing under Multiple Linkage Models in Adolescent Depression Patients
Objective To explore the application effect of continuity nursing under multiple linkage models in adolescent depression patients.Methods 165 adolescent depression patients admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=83)and a control group(n= 82)using the envelope method.The observation group was given continuous nursing under multiple linkage mode,while the control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing.The psychological status,self-management ability,and treatment compliance of two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of the two groups on the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale Depression subscale,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale Anxiety subscale,and Montgomery Asperger Depression Scale were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After nursing,the general self-efficacy scale scores of both groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The total compliance rate observed in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing under multiple linkage mode can improve patients'psychological state,improve patients'self-management ability and treatment compliance,effectively alleviate patients'health status.
