The Effect of Full Process Care for Individual Cases Combined with Graded Rehabilitation Training on Cardiac Function and Quality of Life in Patients With Chronic Heart Failure
Objective To explore the application effect of full process care for individual cases combined with graded re-habilitation training in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 92 CHF patients admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects, divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received full process care for individual cases, while the observation group combined with graded rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group, both groups continued to intervene until 6 months after discharge.Compare the cardiac function indicators, exercise endurance, quality of life, and incidence of adverse cardiac events between two groups. Results After nursing, the left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter, left ventricular end systolic diameter were shorter than those in the control group, left ventricular end diastolic volume, left ventricular end systolic volume were less than those in the control group,Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale score, and inci-dence of adverse cardiac events were all lower than those in the control group, the differences between groups were statis-tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of full process care for individual cases and graded rehabilitation training can improve the cardiac function level, enhance exercise endurance, reduce adverse cardiac events, and improve the quality of life of CHF patients.
