Application of the Concept of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in Perioperative Nursing of Patients with Rotator Cuff Injury Undergoing Arthroscopic Repair
Objective To analyze the application effect of fast track surgery(FTS)concept in perioperative nursing of patients with rotator cuff tear(RCI)undergoing arthroscopic repair. Methods 94 patients with RCI who underwent arthroscopic repair in this hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and a study group, with 47 cases.Patients in the control group received routine perioperative nursing, while patients in the study group received perioperative nursing based on the concept of FTS.The postoperative Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)score,postoperative exhaust and hospitalization time, postoperative complications,Constant-Murley shoulder function score(CMS)were compared between the two groups. Results 3 d after operation, the CD-RISC score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after operation, the CMS score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of FTS has achieved ideal application effect in the perioperative nursing of RCI patients undergoing arthroscopic repair, which can effectively enhance their psychological resilience, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, accelerate the process of disease rehabilitation, and ensure the rehabilitation effect of shoulder joint function.
