The Application of Self Training Management Nursing Combined with Group Psychological Nursing in Patients with Alcohol Induced Mental and Behavioral Disorders
Objective To explore the effect of self-training management nursing combined with group psychological nursing in patients with mental and behavioral disorders caused by alcohol.Methods 84 patients with alcohol-induced mental and behavioral disorders diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given self-training management nursing combined with group psychological nursing.The scores of Self-Control Scale(SCS),Self-Management Scale(SSMIS),Social Function Assessment Scale(SSPI)and relapse rate were compared between the two groups before nursing and 3 months after nursing.Results After 3 months of nursing,the SCS score(67.45±7.04)points and SSMIS score(101.12±13.98)points in the observation group were higher than(55.76±6.28)points and(85.34±18.27)points in the control group;the scores of daily life ability(10.74±0.55)points,mobility and communication(16.83±1.47)points and social activity skills(12.71±1.60)points in SSPI were higher than(9.45±1.62)points,(14.51±2.38)points,(14.51±2.38)points in the control group;the relapse rate of drinking was 90.52%,which was lower than 30.95%of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-training management nursing combined with group psychological nursing in patients with mental and behavioral disorders caused by alcohol has good effect and high clinical application value.
