The Effect of Refined Nursing Combined with Attention and Working Memory Rehabilitation Training on Neurological and Cognitive Function in Patients with Cognitive Impairment Caused by Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing combined with attention and working memory rehabilitation training in patients with cognitive impairment caused by cerebral infarction. Methods 82 patients with cognitive impairment due to cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects, divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received refined nursing combined with attention and working memory rehabilitation training. Both groups received continuous nursing for 4 weeks. The neurological function, cognitive function, daily living ability, and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the observation group had lower scores on the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale and Montreal Cognitive Function Scale compared to the control group, and higher scores on the Activities of Daily Living Index compared to the control group, the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 80.49%of the control group, the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Refinea nursing combined with attention and working memory rehabilitation training has a good application effect on cognitive impairment patients with cerebral infarction, which is beneficial for improving their neurological and cognitive functions, reducing cognitive impairment, enhancing daily life ability, and nursing satisfaction.
