The Impact of Graphic and Text Communication Nursing Combined with 3H High-Quality Nursing Intervention on the Comfort and Quality of Life of Nebulized Treatment in Children with Severe Pneumonia
Objective To explore the impact of graphic and text communication nursing combined with 3H high-quality nursing intervention on the comfort and quality of life of nebulized therapy in children with severe pneumonia.Methods 60 children with severe pneumonia admitted to Jinan Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received graphic and text communication nursing combined with 3H high-quality nursing intervention.The comfort level,quality of life and parental nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,comparison of comfort and quality of life between two groups of nebulization therapy,there were no statistically significant differences between groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the scores of Facial Expression Rating Scale and Child Quality of Life Scale in the observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the parental nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combining graphic and text communication nursing with 3H high-quality nursing intervention can improve the comfort of nebulization treatment in children with severe pneumonia,improve the quality of life of children,and improve the parental nursing satisfaction.
