Effects of Nursing Intervention Combined with Pulmonary Rehabilitation Training Based on Nursing and Support Management Model on Self-Efficacy and Exercise Endurance of Patients with Drug-Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training based on care and support management model on self-efficacy and exercise endurance of patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis. Methods 68 patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given nursing intervention and pulmonary rehabilitation training based on care and support management model.Self-efficacy,exercise endurance, lung function and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the Self-Care Ability Scale points of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the 6 min walking distance in the observation group was longer than that in the control group, and the forced vital capacity, forced expiratory volume in the first second were greater than those in the control group, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 73.53%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on care and support management model combined with lung rehabilitation training for patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis is helpful to improve patients'self-efficacy,exercise endurance, lung function, and improve doctor-patient relationship.
