Exploration of the Application of Respiratory Rehabilitation Training in Improving Lung Function in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To explore the application value of respiratory function rehabilitation training in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 96 COPD patients admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intervention, and the observation group was given respiratory function rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group. The intervention lasted for 3 months in both groups. The lung function, quality of life and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in lung function and St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the lung function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the SGRQ score was lower than that of the control group, and the patient satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion COPD patients receive respiratory function rehabilitation training, which is conducive to the improvement of lung function and the improvement of patients'quality of life, and patients are more satisfied with this training method.
