Effects of Hemoperfusion Combined with Maintenance Hemodialysis on Renal Function and Inflammatory State in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure
Objective To investigate the effect of hemoperfusion combined with maintenance hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods 100 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Sishui County People's Hospital from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 50 cases each group. The control group received maintenance hemodialysis treatment, and the observation group received hemoperfusion intervention on this basis. The renal function indexes, inflammatory status, parathyroid hormone and blood phosphorus were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of urea nitrogen, creatinine and β2-microglobulin in the observation group were(7.32±1.46)mmol/L,(410.24±63.25)μmol/L and(1.91±0.37)mg/L,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-2 and interleukin-6 in the observation group were(6.46±1.52)mg/L,(112.47±26.74)pg/mL and(72.60±16.17)pg/mL,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of parathyroid hormone and blood phosphorus in the observation group were(28.32±5.26)pmol/L and(1.72±0.44)mmol/L,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with maintenance hemodialysis can improve renal function, reduce inflammation and prevent hyperphosphatemia in patients with chronic renal failure.
