The Effect of Spleen Peptide Freeze-Dried Powder Combined with Montelukast Sodium on Inflammatory Indicators and Immune Function in Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections
Objective To investigate the effects of spleen peptide freeze-dried powder combined with montelukast sodium on inflammatory indicators and immune function in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections.Methods 70 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection admitted to this hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Montelukast sodium,and the observation group was treated with Montelukast sodium combined with spleen ammonia peptide freeze-dried powder.The inflammatory indexes,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum amyloid A,interleukin-6,procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M in observation group were higher than those in the control group;the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8+ was lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of splenic peptide freeze-dried powder and montelukast sodium can alleviate the body's inflammatory response,improve the levels of T cell subsets and immunoglobulin factors,thereby enhancing the immune function of children with recurrent respiratory infections,promoting lung function recovery,and has good secunty.
