The Application Value of the FTS Nursing Model of Motivational Belief Intervention Combined with Medical and Nursing Participation in Perioperative Nursing of Glioma Patients
Objective To explore the application effect of the fast track surgery(FTS)nursing model, which combines motivational belief intervention with medical and nursing participation,in patients with glioma. Methods Selecting 70 glioma patients admitted to Juxian People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2023 as the research subjects, divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group adopted an incentive based belief intervention combined with the participation of medical staff in the FTS nursing model. The negative emotions, physiological stress, postoperative recovery, incidence of complications, and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared. Results After nursing care, the observation group had lower scores on the Self Rating Anxiety Scale and Self Rating Depression Scale compared to the control group, the postoperative heart rate, respiratory rate, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure were lower than the control group on average, the postoperative time for getting out of bed, dietary recovery, and hospitalization was shorter than the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than the control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, the difference between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The FTS nursing model of motivational belief intervention combined with medical and nursing participation can alleviate negative emotions and physiological stress in glioma patients, reduce complications, promote postoperative recovery, and improve nursing satisfaction.
