Effect of Dual Task Training Combined with Transcranial Ultrasound Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation on Motor Function and Balance Function in Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the effect of dual task training combined with transcranial ultrasound neuromuscular electrical stimulation on motor function and balance function in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical Collge from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table mentod, with 50 cases. The control group carried out transcranial ultrasound neuromuscular electrical stimulation. On this basis, the observation group implemented dual-task training. The limb motor function, balance function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the upper limb function score was(38.73±2.65)points,lower limb function score was(27.55±2.27)points and total score of Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale was(79.98±7.57)points in the observation group, respectively, which were higher than(35.39±2.25)points,(24.52±2.43)points and(71.55±5.46)points in the control group, the Berg balance Scale score was(43.27±2.58)points,which was higher than(35.58±2.04)points of the control group, and the Barthel Index score was(81.26±7.35)points,which was higher than(77.92±6.23)points of the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of dual task training combined with transcranial ultrasound neuromuscular electrical stimulation treafment on patients with cerebral infarction is significant, which can not only improve the motor function and balance function of patients, but also effectively promote the recovery of daily living ability of patients.
