Effect of Dynamic Brace Training Combined with Psychological Intervention on Negative Emotions,Grip Strength and Pinch Strength of Postoperative Patients with Flexor Tendon Rupture of Hand
Objective To explore the effect of dynamic brace training combined with psychological intervention on negative emotions, grip strength and pinch strength of postoperative patients with flexor tendon rupture of the hand. Methods From June 2021 to April 2023,100 patients who underwent repair of hand flexor tendon rupture in Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine training, and the observation group received dynamic brace training combined with psychological intervention on the basis of routine training. The intervention lasted for 6 months each group.Negative emotions, grip strength, pinch strength, and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in negative emotion, grip strength and pinch strength between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the scores of Self-rating Depression Scale and Self-rating Anxiety Scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the finger lateral pinch force,three-point pinch force and grip strength of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic brace training combined with psychological intervention can reduce the negative emotions of postoperative patients with flexor tendon rupture of hand, improve hand grip strength and pinch strength, and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
