摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)是消化系统一种常见病、多发病,具有癌变趋势.西医目前主要针对病因,对症治疗.幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)感染是引起胃萎缩最主要的危险因素,目前对胃萎缩及肠化暂无明显控制手段,而诸多研究发现中医药治疗对于改善及控制慢性萎缩性胃炎效果显著.故本文将从CAG的中医病因病机、辨证论治、经验效方、中成药、中医外治法等方面展开论述,旨在为开展CAG临床研究及治疗提供依据,为中医药治疗CAG提供更多参考.
Abstract
Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a common and frequencial disease of the digestive system,which has a tendency of malignant transformation.At present,western medicine mainly focuses on the etiology and symptomatic treatment.The helicobacter pylori(HP)infection is the most important risk factor for gastric atrophy,at present there is no obvious control method for gastric atrophy and enterosis,but many studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine treatment is significantly effective for improving and controlling chronic atrophic gastritis.Therefore,this article will discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of CAG in traditional Chinese medicine,syndrome differentiation and treatment,empirical effective prescription,Chinese patent medicine,and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide a basis for clinical research and treatment of CAG,and provide more reference for the treatment of CAG with traditional Chinese medicine.
