The Effect of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction Combined with Medobar and Pramipexole in the Treatment of Parkinson's Disease with Liver and Kidney Deficiency
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction combined medobar and pramipexole in the treatment of Parkinson's disease(PD)with liver and Ridney deficiency.Methods 130 patients with liver and kidney deficiency type PD admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoba and pramexol,and the observation group was treated with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction on the basis of the comtrol group for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,Parkinson's Comprehensive Score Scale(UPDRS)score,TCM syndrome score,neurotransmitter level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33％,which was higher than 82.67％of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the UPDRS Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of tremors,limb spasms,neck and back stiffness,and gait dragging were lower than those in the control group,the levels of serotonin and dopamine were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhengan Xifeng Decoction with metobar and pramiperole can improve the therapeutic effect of PD,reduce UPDRS score,accelerate the disappearance of disease symptoms,and correct neurotransmitter disorders,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
