Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Qufeng Xuanfei Jianpi Formula Combined with Acupoint Application in Children with Cough Variant Asthma with Wind Evil Invading the Lung Syndrome
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qufeng Xuanfei Jianpi Formula combined with acupoint application on cough variant asthma(CVA)with wind factor invading the lung syndrome.Methods 82 children with CVA caused by wind and pathogenic factors in the lung admitted to the East Branch of Shouguang People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases.The control group was treated with acupoint application,and the observation group was treated with Qufeng Xuanfei Jianpi Decoction on the basis of the control group for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,clinical related indexes,inflammatory factors and immune function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,the cough relief time(3.08±0.74)d,cough disappearance time(5.48±1.22)d and lung rall disappearance time(5.82±1.23)d were shorter,the levels of interleukin-5(24.08±4.66)ng/mL and tumor necrosis factor-α(3.03±0.63)ng/mL were lower,and the level of transforming growth factor-β1(72.15±8.97)ng/L was higher,the level of immunoglobulin E(229.22±35.61)IU/mL and eosinophil(0.36±0.04)×109L were lower,and the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Qufeng Xuanfei Jianpi Formula combined with acupoint application has significant clinical effect,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of CVA children with wind factor attack lung syndrome,and help to improve the body's immune function,relieve the body's inflammatory response.
