Efficacy and Safety of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training for Stroke Patients
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of acupuncture and rehabilitation training for stroke patients. Methods 98 stroke patients admitted to Dantu District People's Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 49 cases. The control group received rehabilitation training, and the observation group received acupuncture treatment on this basis. The complicaton rate, clinical efficacy, limb motor function, life ability, disability degree, nerve function and motor efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.88%,higher than 79.59%of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer assessment scores of upper and lower limbs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of the National Institute of Health stroke scale and the modified Rankin scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the score of the modified Barthel index was higher than that in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complication between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of limb function, nerve function, life ability and prognosis of stroke patients.
