Effect of Combined Nursing of Auricular Acupoint Pressing and Acupoint Massage on Gastrointestinal Function of Patients after Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery
Objective To analyze the effect of combined nursing of auricular acupoint pressing and acupoint massage on gastrointestinal function in patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 80 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery in Shanghe County People's Hospital from July 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 40 cases.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received combined nursing with auricular acupoint pressing and acupoint massage.The gastrointestinal function,length of hospital stay,gastrointestinal hormone level and incidence of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of bowel sound recovery,first exhaust,first defecation and hospital stay time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nuring,the levels of motilin,gastrin and vasoactive intestinal peptide in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction in the study group was 5.00%,which was lower than 22.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined nursing of auricular acupoint pressing and acupoint massage can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,increase the levels of gastrointestinal hormone,reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction,shorten the hospital stay,and have clinical application value.
