The Effect of Clostridium Butyricum Dual Live Powder Combined with Blue Light Irradiation Treatment on Serum Bilirubin and Inflammatory Index Levels in Neonates with Hyperbilirubinemia
Objective To investigate the effects of Clostridium butyricum dual live powder combined with blue light irradiation on serum bilirubin and inflammatory markers in newborns with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods 90 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia treated in Dongchangfu Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Liaocheng City from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation,and the observation group was treated with Clostridium butyricum biactive powder on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 77.78%of control group.After treatment,In the observation group,the total bilirubin level was(143.16±14.04)μmol/L,the direct bilirubin level was(14.42±2.15)μmol/L,the indirect bilirubin level was(164.03±13.54)μmol/L,the calcitonin level was(0.16±0.04)μg/L and the C-reactive protein level was(2.42±1.17)mg/L,interleukin-6 level was(11.03±1.34)ng/L,respectively,which were lower than(225.40±17.35)μmol/L,(18.74±2.25)μmol/L,(215.49±18.85)μmol/L,(0.20±0.05)μg/L,(5.74±1.25)mg/L,(15.49±1.35)ng/L of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Clostridium butyricum dual live powder and blue light irradiation can significantly reduce serum bilirubin levels in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia,and the safety is relatively high.
