Effect of Narrowband Ultraviolet Radiation B Combined with Compound Clobetasol Propionate Ointment on Inflammatory Response Indicators and PASI Scores in Patients with Mild to Moderate Psoriasis
Objective To investigate the effect of narrowband ultraviolet radiation B combined with compound clobetasol propionate ointment in the treatment of mild to moderate psoriasis.Methods 86 patients with mild to moderate psoriasis treated in Lanling County People's Hospital from November 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound clobetasol propionate ointment,and the observation group was treated with narrowband ultraviolet radiation B on this basis.The clinical effect,improvement of clinical symptoms,levels of inflammatory factors and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,higher than 69.77%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of scales,erythema,skin area and infiltration fraction in the psoriasis area severity index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interferon-γ and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD4+ level of T lymphocyte subsets in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the CD8+ level was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrowband ultraviolet radiation B combined with compound clobetasol propionate ointment is effective in the treatment of mild to moderate psoriasis,which can alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation and enhance immunity.
