Effects of Newman System Nursing Combined with Baduanjin Rehabilitation Exercise on Disease Self-Cognition and Cardiopulmonary Function of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI
Objective To investigate the effect of Newman system nursing combined with Baduanjin rehabilitation exercise in postoperative nursing of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 70 pat-ients with coronary heart disease admitted to to our hospital from April 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received Newman system nursing combined with Baduanjin. Both groups were nursing for 3 months. The disease self-cognition,cardiopulmonary function and incidence of adverse cardiac events between two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the disease self-cognition score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, stroke volume of the observation group was more than that in the control group, left ventricular ejection fraction, heart index were higher than those in the control group, forced expiratory volume in the first second and maximum spontaneous ventilation were greater than those in the controlgroup, with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiac adverse events in the observation group was 22.86%,which was lower than 5.71%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Newman system nursing and Baduanjin rehabilitation exercise have a good application effect in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,which can effectively improve patients'disease self-cognition,improve cardiopulmonary function, and reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiac events.
