Effect of Exercise Rehabilitation Training Combined with Ivabradine in the Treatment of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Chronic Heart Failure on Exercise Tolerance and Cardiac Function Recovery
Objective To investigate the specific effects of exercise rehabilitation training combined with ivabradine in the treatment patients with of coronary heart disease(CAD)combined with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 116 CAD patients with CHF admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into an observation group(n=58)and a control group(n=58).The control group was treated with ivabradine, and the observation group was treated with exercise rehabilitation training based on the control group. The clinical efficacy, exercise tolerance and cardiac function indicators of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate and left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group were 94.83%and(50.58±5.26)%,which were higher than 81.03%and(43.45±4.84)%in the control group, the 6 Minute Walking Test was(368.72±18.35)m,which was longer than(323.54±17.41)m in the control group, the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter of the observation group was(32.35±2.16)mm,and the left ventricular end-systolic diameter was(50.48±3.28)mm,which were shorter than(39.52±2.49)mm and(54.85±3.59)mm of the control group, the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation training combined with ivabradine is effective in the treatment of CAD and CHF,which can effectively improve the exercise endurance of patients and promote the recovery of cardiac function.
