The Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Isokinetic Muscle Strength Training Guided by Empowerment Theory on the Self-Efficacy and Proprioceptive Function of Knee Osteoarthritis Patients
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with isokinetic muscle strength training guided by empowerment theory on patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 96 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Second Department of Bone Department of the Sixth People's Hospital(Trauma Hospital)of Heze City from September 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received isokinetic muscle strength training, and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing guided by empowerment theory on the basis of control group. The exercise self-efficacy,proprioceptive function and knee joint function of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the Chinese version of the exercise self-efficacy scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the mean track error and mean weight weight difference were lower than that of the control group, and the scores of Western Ontario osteoarthritis index of McMaster University and lequesne were(23.84±7.92)points and(6.24±2.32)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing guided by empowerment theory combined with isokinetic muscle strength training intervention can improve the s elf-efficacy of patients with knee osteoarthritis,as well as improve their proprioceptive and knee joint functions.
