Observation on the Effect of Pilates Combined with Early Pelvic Floor Muscle Rehabilitation Training in Promoting Postpartum Pelvic Floor Functional Rehabilitation
Objective To explore the application effect of Pilates combined with early pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training in promoting postpartum pelvic floor functional rehabilitation. Methods 84 parturients admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received early pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training, and the observation group was combined with pilates exercise on the basis of the control group. Both groups continued to intervene for 8 weeks. The pelvic floor function, pelvic floor muscle strength and sexual function were compared between the two groups. Results After 8 weeks of intervention, the scores of pelvic floor disorder and pelvic organ prolapse in the observation group were(2.43±0.42)points and(1.25±0.23)points,respectively,which were lower than(5.37±0.62)points and(2.17±0.34)points in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Class Ⅰ and Class Ⅱ fibromuscle potential in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and Class Ⅰ and Class Ⅱ fibromuscle fatigue were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of female sexual function index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pilate combined with early pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training can help women recover postpartum pelvic floor function, improve pelvic floor muscle strength and sexual function.
