The Effect of Nursing Intervention Combined with Active Limb Movement under Quality Control Theory on Neurological and Motor Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction after Interventional Surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention combined with active limb movement under quality control theory in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)after intervention surgery. Methods 84 ACI patients admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from April 2020 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 42 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received nursing intervention combined with active limb movement under quality control theory. Both groups were followed up for 3 months.Compare the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Fugl Meyer Limb Function Assessment Scale(FMA)score, and incidence of complications between two groups. Results After nursing, the NIHSS score and FMA upper and lower limb score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.76%,lower than 19.05%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the theory of quality control, nursing intervention combined with active limb movement can improve neurological function, enhance motor function, and reduce the incidence of complications in patients undergoing ACI intervention.
