Effect of Incentive Health Education Combined with Early Mother-Infant Skin-To-Skin Contact on Negative Emotions and Uterine Involution
Objective To explore the effect of incentive health education combined with early mother-infant skin contact on negative emotions and uterine involution in cesarean section women.Methods 84 puerpera who underwent cesarean section in Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given incentive health education combined with early mother-infant skin contact.The negative emotions,breastfeeding and uterine involution were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The exclusive breastfeeding rate of the observation group at 1 month after delivery was 64.29%,which was higher than 40.48%of the control group,the height of fundus decline at 24 and 48 hours after delivery was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Incentive health education combined with early mother-infant skin-to-skin contact can improve the negative emotions of cesarean section women and promote breastfeeding and uterine involution.
