The Effect of Progesterone Injection Combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets in the Treatment of Threatened Abortion and Its Effect on Symptom Relief Time
Objective To investigate the effect of progesterone injection combined with dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods 60 patients with threatened abortion admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets,and the observation group was treated with progesterone injection on the basis of the control group.The two groups continued to be treated until the symptoms of threatened abortion disappeared.The effect of tocolysis,symptom relief time,sex hormone levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of tocolysis in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group.The relief time of hemostatic,lumbar acid,abdominal pain and uterine contraction symptoms were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol,human chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Progesterone injection combined with dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of patients with threatened abortion can improve the success rate of fetal protection,accelerate the remission time of clinical symptoms,regulate the level of sex hormones,and the drug safety is good.
