The Impact of Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration Nursing Led by Specialized Nurses on Patient Satisfaction and Nursing Quality in Patients Requiring Intravenous Infusion Treatment
Objective To explore the effectiveness of implementing multidisciplinary team collaboration nursing led by specialized nurses for patients who require intravenous infusion treatment.Methods 78 patients requiring intravenous infusion therapy in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with multidisciplinary team nursing led by specialist nurses.The satisfaction,nursing quality,complications and comfort of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of the observation group was 94.87%,higher than 79.49%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing level,operation proficiency,knowledge mastery and working attitude in the observation group were(8.85±1.04)points,(8.52±1.09)points,(8.43±1.18)points and(8.72±1.30)points,respectively,they were higher than(7.62±1.03)points,(7.44±1.06)points,(6.62±1.23)points,(6.96±1.25)points of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of psychological,mental,physiological,sociocultural and environmental comfort in the observation group were(23.26±4.50)points,(23.69±3.89)points,(23.82±4.11)points,(23.48±3.76)points,respectively,they were higher than(19.22±3.23)points,(20.26±3.70)points,(20.05±3.79)points and(20.11±3.71)points of the control group,and there were statistical significance between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary teamwork nursing led by specialist nurses has a good application effect in patients requiring intravenous infusion treatment,which is conducive to improving their satisfaction,nursing quality and comfort.
