Effect of Strengthening Psychological Nursing Combined with Sensory Integration Training Intervention on Development Quotient and Clinical Symptoms Improvement in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Objective To explore the effect of strengthening psychological nursing combined with sensory integration training intervention on developmental quotient and clinical symptoms improvement in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods 82 children with ASD treated in Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received strengthening psychological nursing combined with sensory integration training intervention.Both groups received continuous nursing for 3 months.The improvement of developmental quotient and clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,in the observation group,the scores of adaptive behavior,gross motor behavior,fine motor,language ability and personal social ability in the Gesell developmental schedule of the observation group were(79.69±5.16)points,(85.06±4.63)points,(82.89±5.46)points,(85.84±5.73)points and(79.79±5.47)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of autism behavior checklist,childhood autism rating scale and the psychoeducational profile-3rd edition in the observation group were(61.29±3.66)points,(26.13±3.10)points and(103.07±10.29)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening psychological nursing combined with sensory integration training can alleviate the clinical symptoms and promote the development of children with ASD.
