The Effect of Perioperative Phased Nursing Model on Negative Emotions and Physiological Stress Indicators in Patients with Chronic Sinusitis Undergoing Endoscopic Sinus Surgery
Objective To explore the effects of perioperative staged nursing model on negative emotions and physiological stress indexes in patients with chronic sinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods 86 patients with chronic sinusitis who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while patients in the observation group received perioperative staged nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing. The physiological stress index, negative emotion and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate,Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of the self-efficacy scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with chronic sinusitis undergoing endoscopic surgery, the effect of perioperative phased nursing mode is remarkable, which can alleviate negative emotions, improve physiological stress indexes, and promote the improvement of self-efficacy.
