Effect of Integrated Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain and Comfort of Patients with Minimally Invasive Small Incision Correction of Hallux Valgus
Objective To explore the effect of doctor-nurse integration quality nursing intervention on postoperative pain and comfort of patients with minimally invasive small incision hallux valgus correction.Methods Eighty patients with hallux valgus admitted to Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given doctor-nurse integration high-quality nursing intervention for 1 month.The degree of postoperative pain,negative emotion,ankle and hindfoot function and comfort were compared between the two groups.Results The pain Visual Analogue Scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 day,1 week and 1 month after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of all dimensions in the American Society of Foot and Ankle Surgeons scale were higher than those in the control group,and the comfort status scale score was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The doctor-nurse integration quality nursing intervention can reduce the pain and negative emotions of patients with minimally invasive small incision hallux valgus correction,improve the ankle and hind foot function,and improve the comfort degree.
